1 cup skim milk or soy milk
1 Tbsp. soy protein powder
1 Tbsp. Lecithin granules
1 Tbsp. Flax oil1
Tbsp. Wheat germ
2 tsp. Greens powder (Barlean's Greens, Greens Plus, Green Magma...)
Combine ingredients in a blender and serve cold.
