Taco Salad!

Low Carb/Low Cal Taco Salad.1 serving

3.5 oz ground turkey breast1 tsp. dry taco seasoning mix3 Tbsp. water2C. lettuce pieces2 Tbsp. chunky tomato salsa.

Brown ground turkey in a non-stick skillet breaking into small pieces. Sprinkle the taco seasoning mix over the turkey and add water. Cook while stirring until the turkey is done.
